Meghan Markle’s Style at the 2022 Invictus Games: from Denim to Valentino Suit!

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry attended the 2022 Invictus Games, in The Hague, Netherlands. This was their first trip to Europe together since stepping down as senior members of the royal family in 2020.

The event, which Harry founded in 2014 for injured and sick service members, holds a special place in the couple’s hearts. In 2017, they made their first public appearance together at the Olympics, with Markle wearing distressed denim and a white button-down shirt designed by her best friend, Misha Nonoo.

Now, half a decade later, the 40-year-old is showing her post-royal style at the same sporting event. Her clothing choices steal the show behind the more conservative outfits she rocked during her time as a member of the monarchy and the cool casual California style she’s always loved.

Here are Meghan Markle’s fashion picks at this year’s Invictus Games:

On April 15, The Duchess of Sussex wore a suit for her arrival in The Hague. She wore a white double-breasted blazer with matching trousers and paired it with the One Stud Bag from Valentino’s collection.

In addition, the outfit itself had a symbolic significance. The color white symbolizes purity, and during the Easter season, it also reflects the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Don’t you think this is the perfect dress for the Easter weekend?

She was also seen wearing her Cartier wedding earrings and a gold Cartier watch, which many think was originally owned by Princess Diana. How adorable!

The Duchess also gave a classy touch through a blend of blazers and jeans that became her trademark when attending the off-road driving challenge. She looked sleek by wearing a collarless blazer from Yves Saint Laurent combined with a white t-shirt and rolled-up boyfriend jeans, Chanel ballet flats and a gold chain Celine Cuir Triomphe in black.

Meanwhile, for the April 17 event, Meghan Markle chose a white laser-cut Valentino minidress. Her makeup was no less eye-catching, she chose thick red lipstick, with hair curled in a sleek side parting. Her style reminds many fans of her pre-duchess era, when she starred in the well-known tv series “Suits”.
