Cartier unveiled the final chapter of its Nature Sauvage High Jewellery collection at an exclusive gala dinner at the National Gallery Singapore, where international Ambassadors and Friends of the Maison lit up the evening in exquisite Cartier creations. Hosted by Yanina Novitskaya, Chief Executive Officer of Cartier Southeast Asia & Oceania, and Veronica Prat van Thiel, International High Jewellery Director, the event welcomed prominent figures from around the world to witness a radiant celebration of craftsmanship, heritage, and artistic vision.
Among the distinguished guests were British actress Gemma Chan, Korean actor Byeon Woo Seok, Chinese actor and singer Bai Jingting, and Taiwanese actress Cheryl Yang—each wearing dazzling pieces from the Maison’s high jewellery repertoire. Take a closer look at the statement pieces they wore throughout the night.
Gemma Chan
The Friend of the Maison wore two novelties from the Nature Sauvage Chapter III High Jewellery collection, the Molinae earrings and necklace. The design notably plays on the evocative power of a dazzling set of kite-shaped diamonds, which recall the very singular pistil of a fuchsia flower around which tapered petals unfold. The naturalist motif gives way to an entirely geometric score, playing on the effects of repetition and rhythm.
Byeon Woo Seok
Byeon wore a Reflection de Cartier necklace, characterised by baguette-cut diamonds, a cut introduced by Cartier as early as 1908. The Maison Ambassador was also seen wearing the White Hana brooch, where Hana means “flower blossom” in Japanese, the cherry blossom, emblematic of Japan, being the inspiration for this brooch. The look was completed by a Santos de Cartier watch featuring a mechanical movement with automatic winding, 1847 MC.
Bai Jingting
Bai wore the Panthère Telesma brooch and the Panthère Dentelle watch. The Panthère has been emblematic of Cartier since 1914, and in the following years, felines became a recurring and even a favourite theme. Now a major icon, the Panthère continues to inspire new interpretations, playing with the boundary between figuration and abstraction.
Cheryl Yang
Cheryl wore the Red Astralis necklace, which combines plays on the design and the palette. The piece weaves a graphic mesh, with a very contemporary result, whose tangle of lines traces an abstract motif giving way to multiple interpretations. The look was topped with a matching Palmea bracelet and Stria ring, also characterised by rubellites.
The evening also marked Cartier’s continued cultural commitment to Singapore, with the Maison participating in the City of Others exhibition at the National Gallery. Select creations from Cartier’s collection are showcased as part of this tribute to Franco-Singaporean ties and a shared passion for art and design—honouring over 30 years of enduring connection with the nation’s cultural landscape.
