With her new appointment as the face of the Coco Neige 2021/2022 collection, Jennie Kim from BLACKPINK shows her luxurious sporty winter style wearing CHANEL.
Jennie and Chanel are a natural pair. Dubbed “Human Chanel” by her fans, the singer brings out the timelessness of the French fashion house while adding her unique youthful vibrancy to the classic elegance. A longtime darling of Chanel, Jennie was chosen to be the Brand Ambassador of the fashion house in 2017. Now, in 2021, she is officially the new global face of the Chanel Coco Neige 2021/22 collection campaign.
Photographed by Dutch photography duo Inez & Vinoodh, the campaign images sees Jennie in a variety of looks including a padded ski coat, cardigans, Chanel-branded AirPods cases and bold jewellery designs. A combination of high-tech clothing and winter ready-to-wear, the Chanel Coco Neige collection was first launched in 2018, designed by Karl Lagerfeld and embodied by Margot Robbie. Since then, the collection has been redefining an outdoor winter wardrobe with new volumes, a signature chain trim with layered textures and patterns.
With this campaign, Jennie continues her already strong relationship with CHANEL: “Just hearing about being able to join the Coco Neige collection was like a dream!” she revealed during the shoot.
