The Huiles Corps reinterpret four iconic Eaux de Parfum from the LES EXCLUSIFS DE CHANEL collection: 1957, COROMANDEL, BEIGE and GARDÉNIA. These perfect mirrors never betray the original scent of their twin fragrances, but provide a soft and luminous new texture that is simply voluptuous. 1957
A nod to the year 1957 and to the United States, where Gabrielle Chanel was hailed as the most influential fashion designer of the 20th century. This comfortable and soft fragrance reveals a complex blend of white musk notes, forming an immaculate canvas on which powdery, honeyed and cedar notes shimmer.
COROMANDEL
Inspired by the precious screens that lined Mademoiselle’s private apartments, this voluptuous fragrance orchestrates a mysterious encounter between amber notes, swirls of frankincense, the vanilla sweetness of a benzoin accord, and woody patchouli.
BEIGE
An ode to one of the iconic CHANEL colours – that Gabrielle Chanel liked to wear. This radiant blend of white petals and yellow gold envelops the skin in tender powdery flowers with honeyed accents of jasmine, combined with a hawthorn-freesia-frangipani accord revealing a subtle touch of almond.
GARDÉNIA
The floral fragrance par excellence evoking the luminous camellia that was Gabrielle Chanel’s favourite. The sensual freshness of white flowers – jasmine, ylang-ylang and tuberose – is tinged with a note of vanilla, and was composed by Ernest Beaux.
