The CHANEL Métiers d’art 2027 collection by Matthieu Blazy will be unveiled in Rome on Wednesday 2nd December 2026.
With this show, the House is writing a new chapter in its enduring story with Italy. Gabrielle Chanel discovered the country in the summer of 1920 and never ceased to visit thereafter. The couturière stayed in Rome on several occasions, deepening her love of Renaissance painting, antique art and Italian cinema. Her Italian friendships fuelled her imagination and made a strong impression on her work.
The Métiers d’art collection is unique to CHANEL. Every year since 2002, it has celebrated the artisans of the Maisons d’art, whose exceptional savoir-faire render its creations sublime.
