Along with its Spring / Summer 2023 ready-to-wear collection, Berluti is introducing this season a capsule of two iconic styles, perfect for a sunny break by the glassy blue waters of a swimming pool by the French Riviera.
Fresh-spirited and seaside-ready, it comprises an oversized tote bag and a new edition of the Playtime sneaker with two different available versions.
Made of terrycloth, the lightweight tote features an overblown all-over jacquard Scritto motif, making for a subtle yet distinctive overall look that easily withstands water and dries quickly. Complete with details mimicking the Jour line codes, it includes a structured interior specifically conceived for beach and swimming pool getaways: a beige mesh lining with a zipped pocket houses a rubber envelope pouch to store a swimsuit both before and after taking a dip.
A Playtime sneaker completes the look. Revisited for the height of Summer, it is made of a textured beige linen and cotton fabric. An off-white rubber sole and Scritto motif provide a colour contrast, with the Scritto achieved through an innovative 3D additive manufacturing process in several layers. The new Playtime is available as a lace-up option as well as a slip-on. Both are unlined and complete with fine white calf leather piping details.
