Along Ami Paris’ ethos of celebrating love in all its shapes, Alexandre Mattiussi has designed exclusive pieces for Valentines’ Day.
The Valentines’ Day selection of pieces offers a curated reinterpretation of the iconic Ami de Coeur line. The red embroidered symbol contrasts with off white pieces: wool sweaters and cardigans as well as cotton sweaters, hoodies and t-shirts.
More than a direct homage to this season of romance and devotion, the Ami de Coeur is also originally Alexandre Mattiussi’s signature, one he has used ever since he was a child to sign letters, sketches and drawings.
Emphasizing the spirit of love and devotion, Ami Paris unveils benches in three cities around the world: Paris, London and New York. These benches are thought like actual refuges of love, emotions and contemplation. They are an invitation for all to understand Ami Paris’ vision of authenticity and complicity. Made of light wood, the benches’ design takes inspiration from the pieces themselves, off white and a red Ami de Coeur.
