New York, February 12, 2026 – Ami Paris is pleased to announce a month-long partnership with Balthazar, the iconic French brasserie in the heart of SoHo. From February 11 to March 11, this collaboration transforms the New York institution into a vibrant home of togetherness and conviviality, merging Parisian flair with the spirited energy of Manhattan.
Located at 80 Spring Street – just three blocks from Ami Paris’ Greene Street store – the activation represents a creative dialogue between two entities that share a deep-rooted devotion to French culture, coolness, and joie de vivre.
The partnership celebrates the authentic nuances that define both the soul of Paris and Balthazar’s historic New York presence, framing the restaurant as a theater for friendship and connection, where effortless elegance meets the daily buzz. Both brands capture the essence of real life: Balthazar evokes a cinematic French allure, while Ami Paris’ collections are crafted for unscripted everyday moments.
The collaboration will be brought to life through an immersive brasserie experience spanning every detail, with co-branded elements reflecting Ami Paris’ aesthetic. Guests will find paper placemats on their tables, inviting them to sketch while savoring Balthazar’s iconic dishes.
The Balthazar bakery will also feature co-branded offerings and exclusive packaging, limited-edition coffee cups as well as bespoke croissants and baguette holders.
To further engage the SoHo neighborhood, a custom Ami Paris-branded cart will be stationed in front of the Ami Paris store, from February 20 to 22, offering a curated selection of products from the Balthazar bakery to passersby.

On February 16th, Ami Paris hosted an intimate dinner at Balthazar to celebrate its month-long partnership in the heart of SoHo.
The celebration took place at the iconic brasserie, where the collaboration between Ami Paris and Balthazar is brought to life through an immersive space spanning every detail of the dinner experience, from the French House’s signature aesthetic to a menu curated by the New York institution.
