As part of The Time Place CSR program, The Time Place sponsors the Exquisite Culinary charity dinner on Monday, 29 April 2013 at Grand Ballroom of Grand Hyatt Hotel. The concept of Charity Dinner was several Chefs will produce one signature dish each to be presented in theatrical style in front of the guests. The Chefs are Ivan & Fernando, Arimbi Nimpuno, Petty Elliot, Gilles Marx, Rolf Knecht and Andrian Ishak (Chef Bodin).
Proceeds from this Charity Dinner will go to Yayasan Jantung Indonesia to be donated for the less fortunate heart patients mostly babies and children with congenital heart defects who urgently need surgical intervention.
